Founded 20 years ago, the Family Health Network offers quality medical services to the Medicaid, Medicare and Obamacare populations through 8,400 physicians and 95 + hospitals in Chicago, Cook County and Northern Illinois. The Family Health Network operates four lines of business including Family Health Network (FHN), Community Care Alliance of Illinois (CCAI), and Community Care Alliance of Illinois, NFP (CCAI, NFP).’
