Looking to Purchase a P&C Agency in TX

We are looking for an insurance agency for sale that values their hard-earned customers and seeks a new agent to take over the reins with the utmost care for these clients, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships. Our priority is not just the numbers but the quality of customer relationships and running an honest and ethical business in everything we do.

Specifically, I am looking for a P&C Agency in TX, ideally near Austin, DFW, or Houston, Texas, though I may consider other areas as well. We are interested in agencies with under $2M in revenue, preferably with a higher percentage of commercial preferred & surplus lines, along with some personal lines.
