World Insurance Associates Expands in New England with Acquisition of Mazzotta Insurance Agency
TINTON FALLS, N.J.– World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced that it acquired Mazzotta Insurance Agency of Providence, Rhode Island on March 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since 1968, Mazzotta Insurance Agency has been serving the Greater Providence community, providing protection for their homes, autos, rentals, and businesses. The Mazzotta Agency is proud to have been a family-run business for over 50 years, representing their clients with the highest standard in customer service.
