World Insurance Associates Acquires American Insurance Marketing Corp. of Maryland
TINTON FALLS, N.J. — World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA) announced that it acquired American Insurance Marketing Corp. (AIMC) of Prince Frederick, Maryland on September 1, 2019. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1976, American Insurance Marketing is a leader in providing quality protection for thousands of individuals, families, businesses, and churches throughout the state of Maryland and surrounding areas. Providing superior customer service and low rates along with its ability to understand clients’ coverage needs drives the success of the agency.

American Insurance Marketing Corp. is WIA’s first location in Maryland, which will allow the company to expand its reach in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas.
Kerry Day (President/CEO), Rodney Day (VP) and their associates will continue to operate from their current location in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
