WALNUT CREEK, Calif.– Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of First Insurance an Affiliate of FirstBank, Inc. (“First Insurance”). The transaction went into effect on April 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Offering a full range of insurance products including commercial, personal, farm and ranch, and manufacturing, First Insurance is based in Durant, Oklahoma. Dina Wagner will continue managing that office as a valuable part of the Relation family.
