Walnut Creek, California — Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Carolina Heritage Insurance, Inc. (“Carolina Heritage”). The transaction went into effect on August 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Specializing in high-net-worth personal lines, Carolina Heritage is based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. John Alagna and Cara Crouch, Junior Partner, will continue managing that office as a valuable part of the Relation family.
