NFP Acquires Aquesta Insurance Services, Inc.
Acquisition reinforces P&C capabilities and expands NFP’s footprint in the Southeast region
NEW YORK, NY — NFP, an insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property & casualty (P&C), retirement and individual private client solutions, announced that it has acquired Aquesta Insurance Services, Inc. The transaction closed on June 30, 2018.
Headquartered in North Carolina, Aquesta Insurance Services is a P&C broker with several locations across the Carolinas. The company offers insurance expertise to small and medium-sized commercial P&C clients, as well as coastal exposures and personal insurance. Aquesta Insurance President, Ken McGee, will join NFP as a director, reporting to Alan Wise, managing director in the P&C division at NFP.
