Highlights of the meeting include:
- A keynote address on the opening night from Shailesh Kumar, Head of the Global Insights Center at The Hartford on economic and geopolitical trends affecting global risks.
- Chris Cline, executive director of the Agents Council for Technology, will give a presentation on how agencies can make better technology purchase decisions.
- Mark Viglione, co-founder of cybersecurity company Enigma Networks, Inc., will lead a workshop on the challenges and threats agency networks and their agents face from cyber criminals, and what they can do about them.
- Carey Wallace of insurance agency consulting firm Agency Focus will speak about how agencies can maximize value in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
