Leavitt Group Agencies Combine Operations in Merger
Leavitt Group is pleased to announce that Okerlund, Sorensen & Leavitt Insurance Agency and Briggs-Yardley Leavitt Insurance Agency have merged operations. The combined agency’s managing principal is Cory Sorensen, and the agency will rebrand as Sorensen-Leavitt Insurance Agency. Debra Yardley is retiring as the managing owner, but will continue to assist both agencies for the next couple of years as a licensed agent, and Cena Rasmussen is now the office manager of the Salina location.
“We are excited about merging operations with Briggs-Yardley Leavitt,” said Sorensen. “Our agencies have worked together closely for many years, and this will enhance our ability to serve clients, including the benefits from our combined expertise.”
“Cena does a great job servicing our clients and I know she’ll manage the agency well,” said Yardley. “We look forward to continuing our work in this area.”
Both offices will remain in their same locations with the same phone numbers. The merger will not affect current accounts, and clients will continue to work with those service representatives with whom they are familiar.
