Founded in 2006 by Russ Lail, Springbrook Insurance Agency has built a strong reputation for offering comprehensive insurance solutions with a primary focus on commercial lines and non-profit organizations. In 2013, Charlene and John Drapp joined the agency, bringing their extensive experience in personal lines and group health insurance, further broadening Springbrook’s offerings.
With nearly three decades of collective industry experience, John and Charlene Drapp have long been committed to personalized service and protecting their clients with the highest level of care. “We’ve been incredibly busy the past few years, often working weekends and evenings without enough back-office support,” said Charlene. “The opportunity to join Inszone was a game-changer.
