SACRAMENTO, Calif.–Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of First Bosnian Insurance, providing the second acquisition in the state of Missouri.
First Bosnian Insurance opened in 2005 with the goal of helping the growing community of Balkan and Eastern European people coming to America. Ibrahim Vajzovic and his wife Fazira were able to provide information and coverage to a vastly underserved community that wanted assistance from a native Bosnian speaker. As the community grew, many businesses and commercial truckers were emerging, and First Bosnian Insurance was able to be at the forefront of supporting their insurance needs. First Bosnian was the first independent insurance agency in the St. Louis area and just a few short years after opening was named the Fastest Growing Agency by Safeco.
First Bosnian Insurance customers will continue to receive the service they are accustomed to, under the Inszone Insurance brand.
“First Bosnian Insurance was able to support a growing area in their native language and both Ibrahim and Fazira have done their community proud,” says Norm Hudson, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “We look forward to continuing their legacy, providing service in the language current customers feel most comfortable with, and providing additional servicing resources.”
Inszone Insurance is expected to announce a number of important acquisitions in the upcoming months as it continues to build its national presence.
