HUB INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF TEXAS-BASED
TRI-STAR INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS, INC.
Chicago — Hub International (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Tri-Star Insurance Professionals, Inc. (Tri-Star). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.Â
Based in Plano, Texas, Tri-Star specializes in personal lines and commercial lines insurance products and services. Roger Harkins, Principal, Tri-Star, will join Hub Texas.
