Hub International Acquires The Assets Of Saskatchewan-Based Kelliher Agencies
Chicago, IL — Hub International Limited (Hub) announced that it has acquired the assets of Kelliher Agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Kelliher, Saskatchewan, Canada, Kelliher Agencies is a full service, independent insurance brokerage that provides personal, commercial, farm and specialty products insurance. Its focus on the agribusiness industry supports Hub’s Specialty practices by complementing and strengthening Hub’s existing capabilities. Craig Bolton, co-owner of Kelliher Agencies, will join HUB International Manitoba Limited.
