Hub International Acquires The Assets From Michigan-Based The Right Choice Insurance Agency, Inc.
CHICAGO, IL — Hub International Limited (Hub), a global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquired the assets of The Right Choice Insurance Agency, Inc., which also operates as Woodward Insurance Group (Woodward Insurance). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Warren, MI, Woodward Insurance is a full-service commercial and personal insurance agency. Woodward Insurance will join Hub Midwest, and David James, CEO of Woodward Insurance, will report to Caroly Hofstee, President of Hub Midwest East.
