Chicago, IL – Hub International Limited (Hub), a global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquired the assets of Insurance Management Associates, Inc. (IMA). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Annapolis, Maryland, IMA is a full-service commercial and personal insurance agency. Randall Bieber, President of IMA, will join Hub Mid-Atlantic and report to Norman Breitenbach, President of Hub Mid-Atlantic.
