Hub International Acquires Florida-based Scarborough Company Insurance Inc.
Chicago, IL — Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired Scarborough Company Insurance, Inc. (Scarborough). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Gainesville, Florida, Scarborough is a multi-lines insurance provider. Brian and Rick Scarborough, Scarborough’s Principals, will join Hub Southeast as executive vice presidents, reporting to Chris Gardner, CEO, Hub Florida.
