Hub International Acquires Employee Benefits Solutions Agency in Georgia

HUB INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF GEORGIA-BASED

HERITAGE CORPORATE BENEFITS, LLC

Chicago, IL – Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Heritage Corporate Benefits, LLC (Heritage).  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Based in Acworth, Georgia, Heritage specializes in employee benefits solutions.  Chip Boyd, President, Heritage, will join Hub Gulf South reporting to Matt Cowan, President of Tennessee Operations, Hub Gulf South.
