Hub International Acquires Assets of Oregon-based Agency

Hub International Acquires The Assets Of Oregon-Based BCI Group, Inc. And Plus Point Services, Inc. 

CHICAGO, IL — Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of BCI Group, Inc. (BCI) and its subsidiary, Plus Point Services, Inc. (Plus Point).  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Based in Portland, Oregon, BCI and Plus Point specialize in employee benefits, retirement benefits, life insurance and business consulting.  Robert (Bob) Coen CEO, BCI, will join Hub Northwest and report to Tim Kennedy, Executive Vice President, Employee Benefits, Hub Northwest.
