HUB INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF CALIFORNIA-BASED EMPLOYER RESOURCE GROUP FINANCIAL & INSURANCE SERVICES, INC.
Chicago, IL — Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Employer Resource Group Financial & Insurance Services, Inc. (ERG). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Torrance, California, ERG specializes in providing primarily employee benefits solutions, as well as property and casualty insurance products. Tim Dickins, Founder & CEO, ERG, will join Hub California and report to Andrew Forchelli, Senior Executive Vice President, Hub California.
