Des Moines – The Iowa Insurance Division today issued an emergency adjudicative order in the matter of Oscar Sanchez of West Des Moines, Iowa for multiple violations of Iowa law. Sanchez’s insurance producer license is immediately suspended, he must immediately cease and desist doing insurance business in Iowa, have no contact with any current or former insurance clients and shall not solicit or accept any monies from any current or former insurance clients.
Sanchez’s current insurance clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly with questions regarding their specific insurance coverage or payment options.
