(Tucson, AZ) – Crest Insurance Group announced today the acquisition of Alliance Insurance Agency, LLC, a Colorado-based full-service insurance agency.
Crest’s Colorado operations center around its central Denver hub and expand to Longmont and Fort Collins. The Alliance transaction adds Arvada to the footprint and brings 20 employees to the Crest organization.
Kevin Scally, Alliance principal, noted like-minded vision, culture, and a platform for growth in making the decision to partner with Crest. The commercial, group benefit, personal, and surety offerings of the legacy agency directly align with the Crest model.
“The decision to continue to invest in Colorado is strategic”, Crest CEO Cody Ritchie emphasized, “we are doing some great things in the state, providing real value to our client base, and the Alliance deal puts us in a position to continue to do so.”
The Alliance acquisition is the latest of nine transactions completed in the Rocky Mountain region in the past three years, and the 15th transaction in the region since Crest entered Colorado with its purchase of Colorado Restaurant Insurance Agency in 2018.
