ROLLING MEADOWS, IL — Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that its captive and alternative risk transfer solutions subsidiary, Artex Risk Solutions, Inc., has completed its purchase of Bermuda-based Horseshoe Insurance Services Holdings Ltd.
