Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires SouthCap Brokerage Group, LLC

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL — Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.  announced the acquisition of Glenview, Illinois-based SouthCap Brokerage Group, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Founded in 2010, SouthCap Brokerage Group, LLC is a life insurance general agency that assists wealth managers, financial advisors and insurance professionals with their clients’ advanced life insurance and estate planning needs. Services include expert policy portfolio analysis and construction, underwriting advocacy and advanced case design. Luke Kaplan, James Kavanaugh (Kav) Tucker and their associates will relocate to Gallagher offices in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia under the direction of John Neumaier, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
