Archway Insurance Moves into Saint John with Hall & Fairweather
Archway Insurance, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest growing insurance brokerages, is expanding its footprint in New Brunswick with the purchase of Hall and Fairweather Insurance in Saint John, effective April 1, 2019.
“The Hall and Fairweather office gives Archway the ability to provide local service to new and existing clients in Saint John and surrounding areas,” says Archway Insurance CEO Michael Stack.
“We are thrilled that Andrew Campbell and his entire team will join Archway ensuring a smooth transition with no change in service for Hall & Fairweather clients.”
By joining forces with Archway, clients of Hall & Fairweather will benefit from more commercial insurance options, along with adding life, travel, and employee benefits products. Access to all of Archway’s insurance companies will also provide more options for personal insurance clients.
“We are extremely pleased Hall & Fairweather has become a partner with Archway Insurance,” says Hall & Fairweather President Andrew Campbell.
“Both companies are family businesses where the core values of integrity, respect, pride and providing excellent customer service have been passed down through the generations. Therefore, we see this transaction to be a ‘win-win’ situation not only for both companies but also for our clients as we will be able to provide them exposure to a new portfolio of insurance products to protect what matters most to them and their families.”
The latest acquisition brings the number of Archway locations to 25 with approximately 60,000 clients and $115 Million in premium volume.
