Additions Expand Locations in South West and Midwest Regions
DEERFIELD, IL — Alera Group, a national employee benefits, property/casualty, risk management and wealth management firm, has acquired three firms, effective May 1, 2018. These acquisitions expand Alera Group to more than 65 locations nationwide. Terms of the transactions were not announced.
The three new firms include:
Dickerson Employee Benefits, Inc, located in Los Angeles, California, is a multi-faceted employee benefits company that specializes in consulting services and innovative solutions that meet the needs of each of their unique clients. The company has a rich history of providing insurance to public and private sector organizations nationwide.
Courtney Group, located in Highland Park, IL, provides knowledgeable guidance in property and casualty insurance to clients in Chicago and the surrounding North Shore area. Courtney Group will join Alera Group through local firm GCG Financial.
Benefit Plan Strategies (BPS), headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks to utilize innovative technologies to provide each client with interactive solutions for group benefit requirements. The expert team at BPS provides solutions that allow employers to increase profitability, manage company culture and improve the lives of their employees.
