TriSure Corporation Acquired by Alera Group, Inc.
RALEIGH, N.C. AND DEERFIELD, IL — TriSure Corporation (TriSure) has announced that it has been acquired by Alera Group, a leading national insurance firm, effective March 1, 2019. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
With over 1,500 employees in more than 70 locations across the nation, Alera Group offers expertise in employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, risk management, and wealth management. Alera Group’s unique approach combines national resources and best practices with the personal, localized service of more than 55 individual firms in a collaborative effort to elevate the client experience.
