Eagle American Insurance Agency (EAI) of Longwood, FL, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ASAP Insurance which operates four (4) locations in the greater Houston, Texas area. The transaction closed on June 1, 2015. ASAP has provided high quality, low cost coverage and service for its commercial and personal lines customers in its Houston, Katy, Humble and Airline locations since it was founded in 1995. ASAP founder and President Ursula Delgado has guided double digit growth for the past 5 years by her sales principles, her commitment to her employees and above all, serving her customers well. The two parties to the transaction were brought together thanks to the resource site AgencyEquity, which helped the buyer and seller find each other.
