WALNUT CREEK, Calif.–Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”) has acquired the assets of Laird Insurance Agency (“Laird”). The transaction went into effect on January 3, 2023; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Offering a full range of insurance products including property and casualty coverage, Laird Insurance Agency is based in Kilgore, TX. Owners Bobby Beane and Harvey McClendon will continue running the offices as a valuable part of the Relation family of brands.
