HUB INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF MONTANA-BASED CASSCO INSURANCE, INC.
Chicago — Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Cassco Insurance, Inc. (Cassco). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Wolf Point, Montana, Cassco is a multi-lines insurance solutions provider. Michael Cassidy, President, Cassco, will join Hub Mountain reporting to Rene LeVeaux, President, Hub Mountain.
